Why opt for a postal authorization?
A postal authorization simplifies the management of registered mail for your company. Here are its main advantages:
- Flexibility: You authorize your employees or a trusted third party to receive or collect your mail at a Post Office or a Post Point.
- Extended validity: The authorization is valid for up to 3 years, saving you from frequent administrative tasks.
- Customization: The authorization can be nominative (assigned to a specific person) or general (valid for all your employees or designated service providers).
